Marbella overview

The Spanish resort of Marbella is located on the popular Costa del Sol; just 40 minutes from Malaga Airport. The resort attracts wealthy tourists rather than the bucket and spade brigade and your tomato sauce with your full English breakfast is more likely to be served in a delicate china bowl rather than a squeeze ketchup bottle on the table. However, the resort does boast some great beaches, wonderful restaurants and a great selection of tapas bars, and is a perfect choice for both party monsters and those looking for a relaxing beach getaway. A stroll around Puerto Banus is a must, even if it’s just to look at all the luxury yachts. This area also has some great bars, a casino and an aquarium.
