Sitges overview

The Spanish resort of Sitges is just 20 minutes on the train from Barcelona. The resort has a lovely laidback atmosphere, the beaches are beautiful, there are 17 to choose from and you can walk everywhere but if you feeling lazy, there are plenty of buses and taxis around. The resort is popular with gay tourists, worth noting if you enjoy a colourful nightlife scene. The cathedral that overlooks the city from a hill at the end of the beach is the town’s most noticeable landmark. Great bars, great restaurants, great shops, great beaches; it’s a really nice resort to stay in.
